I forgot that Fish Oil helps with cholesterol, but with the large amounts of Fish Oil that people with Bipolar disorder seem to take the little bit of cholesterol inside the Fish Oil can be a big problem.
The makers of these studies were not thinking about people with Bipolar disorder and it is high time someone did more studies on these natural ways of helping with the disorder that people have been using for centuries. I'm sorry to give you a bad lead. It’s just that I noticed a cholesterol increase when I increased my Fish Oil, and I thought that there was something behind it.
It is possible that there is a limit to how much Fish Oil can help you, and after a point it just adds to your cholesterol. Don’t ask me. I’m not a Doctor. I, however, am going to continue to take both Flaxseed Oil and Fish Oil, but at the highest recommended dose on the bottle and no more. I think that there are implications that are beyond the understanding of a pDoc. pDoc’s are studied in the brain much more then the body, and if they give the O.K. for someone to go beyond the recommended dose do they stop to ask why the recommendation was there to begin with?
I think, however, that having both Flaxseed, and Fish Oil will be better for me overall. The body needs variety.

Does Flaxseed Oil win?

The debate between Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil has been a topic I have been thinking about even since I heard had Fish Oil high cholesterol, and realized that even that little bit of cholesterol in Fish Oil can make a difference when you are taking a lot of it.
So far I have had no news on the fight between Flaxseed Oil and Fish Oil so I will right now do a quick google search.
Ok, for a long time I have known that EPA (eicosopentaenoic acid) the ingredient in Fish Oil that works on the brain in helping with depression and Bipolar disorder. That is what all the studies I have read repeat.
I was upset that when I looked at the back of Flaxseed Oil that it did not have EPA as one of the ingredients, but I wondered if the others ingredient in it could also help the brain. Apparently Flaxseed Oil’s main ingredient ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid) is metabolized into EPA, so your body can do the work for you. Flaxseed Oil doesn’t have the cholesterol, and has lower calories, so spread the word. Flaxseed Oil should have a study done on it as well, but based on what is being reported it should do the job, and maybe even do it better.
If you read and want me to continue writing any of these stories I have written just contact me.

The Guys of Naruto As Animals
I have noticed something lacking in the show. There are no computers. How can they live? They seem to write out everything by hand.

I am overjoyed at the moment. It is something to say, because only a minute ago I was thinking that I was feeling sad. Oh, these little unstable waves we all have to deal with, or at least I imagine that someone who isn’t Bipolar also will have these same sad moments for no reason, and beautiful minutes following it. I don’t know what my summer would have been like if I had found a job right away. I was in a sad place… I don’t mean the location, just a place menially.
I seriously wanted a serious job this summer. I wanted be making enough money that I could waste some of it on the good thing in life. You might me thinking that I wasted my money on my lovely Mac, but this laptop is a tool. I am an artist, and it was a requirement of the art school I attend. This is a school that I cannot wait to get out of. I have had no more creative bursts of energy about my Senior project.
Pay no attention to that long and boring post about art stuff, unless you find that kind of thing interesting.
Anyway, after looking over my new website, which so far two people have stopped by for less than five seconds, not counting Weird Cake, who put me in her links, and my sister. I am doing very well you see. This kind of thing takes time I guess. I have to think of a good way to get hits. I’m going to need some honey, and patience.
Oh, and until I get an answer from my doctor about Flaxseed Oil I will be taking both Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil.

Oliana Lander

I woke up in the middle of a field. My bed was gone, and of course my room. My neck was sore. I was alone in my pajamas without shoes, food or money. I wanted to scream, and I did. Nature quieted itself for a while, after birds flew into the air, but nothing much happened. I stood up and took a few steps and then froze, as something shiny appeared where my foot was about to fall. Stepping back I picked it up. It was a simple blade elegantly craved. Looking around more I realized that I had been laying in bones. I wanted to scream again. Bits of old clothe had survived, but mostly it was just bones. I noticed something else there was shinny a pile of gold and silver, which without hesitation I stuffed into my pajama pockets.
My name is Oliana Lander. I am a teenage girl who has no idea how I ended up hopping around in a field in kitty cat pajamas trying to avoid stepping on anything that hurts. If you could help me about now I would really appreciate it, my tummy is beginning to complain and I am thirsty. Most importantly I am Bipolar, and if I do not get my medication I will be in a sad state. I have no idea what I am doing or where I am going. Please. Please. Help me.
Oliana crawled up into a ball that night, and cried silently about her greatest fear, not taking her medication. She had had a dream once that taking away her medication was the worse thing that anyone could do to her. She wondered how many days she would have before she went into withdrawal.
When she woke up there was a stag that seemed to be kissing her. He was on the ground next to her. She rubbed his nose, and he ran off into the distance. Funny dream. She feel back asleep, when she woke up there was a pair of shoes on her feet. She smiled wearily wishing that they were medication, and then she noticed the boxes, engraved on each bronze box was a name of her medication, and when she opened them up there they were. A roll of parchment was sealed beside them beside a bag that looked much like a book bag. The seal was a pair of Antlers interlocking. She broke the seal. Upon the parchment was written, “I could only bring what you already owned. Sorry.”
The sound of dogs barking soared across the field. The next minute they came stumbling across the field. A boy riding a horse was chasing after the dogs. They were coming her direction.
(If you want to hear more you have to comment, or email me if you are reading this post when it is really old.)

The fisherman...(good luck understanding this one)

“This morning I was awoken by an annoying rumbling. Apparently my insides are filled with gears, and this makes a lot of noise. I did some reading, and discovered that I must go to a certain location and wait for the fish to come. When the fish comes I will be able to stop the gears from moving. How does one wait for fish? Well, I am specially equipped to wait for fish because I am a fish man. A fish man gets a stick, a wood boat, and sits until the fish comes. The fish sometimes takes a long time to come. Once it does I match the different kinds of catch with the pictures in my book, and prepare the fish as it instructs. I do not like waiting for the fish to come. That noise! Is it the fish coming?” A young man walks into the bathroom, glances at the woman sitting on a wooden stool in water filled bathtub, holding a twig in her hand. He throws down his bag, pulls a book out of this pocket, and writes, “Followed the map, and hid the loot by the tree in the pond.” “I love watching the fish sit down, and wait for me as I had to wait for him. After I take the catch he will climb into the pond, but first he will wait for me to leave. Now I must make a note in my book, “The fish has come to the pond”, and then I must follow this map to the campfire. It says I must go through this opening, past the sleeping place, down the hill, and through this opening to… yes, this is the place. Now to match the catch with the pictures, this round orange fish does not need any preparation, but the books says this red squishy thing does... What is that sound? I must check my book… while preparing the catch the fish drains the pond and replaces it with new water. That doesn’t seem so smart. Ah, here comes the fish again, he is just sitting there watching me. I will forget about him, for the catch is ready, and I cannot stand the sound of the gears anymore. As soon as I started eating, he started eating some of my catch. Why, is he doing this? What does the book say…let the fish eat, or else he gets very noisy. I do not like noise. It hurts my ears… I like watching the fish make water magically appear. He takes the camp ware and makes bubbly water in that silver thing over there. My book tells me I need to move my boat, and get in the pond making bubbles also. But I will watch him create water for a while longer.

Something written while manic (about the art world)

The thing that his been holding the art world back for so long is people are trying to learn what they knoew in their childhood all along. The next step after a person remembers how to think before all the %$^# was piled on is reaching the point before ones confusion, I have decided to bring the left side of my brain along for the ride because art world has forgotten that they do not sing their own song. It is only when both sides of the mind are content that an artist can see clearly how to speak to people of both minds, and teach people how to reach better harmonic free play. So my next project is to relearn (from stage one) how to think mathematically too. An artist is nothing unless they can learn to visualize mathematically what they now artistically can do. The line between the two sides of the mind is never a divide, the engineer must learn to think like an artist, and the artist has to be freed form the ego of the scientific and mathematical mind. As the world of math and science has an ego so large that they have turned up their nose at their own heart.
It is only when artist have embraced both sides that artists can learn how to close the divide. They must learn how to give the world a sound mind. I have looked into the minds of artists, and why people think they are so unbalanced. I have seen it that they are pulled down by what the ‘practice’ of art means. So afraid are they of the left side of the mind that they are restrained in their closing of the divide.
While music, which was once said to be the Dyiamician (I was manic at the time I wrote this and I forget what this word was supposed to be) is said to soothe the soul of the human/huwoman because it speaks directly to nature's instincts I say this is hogwash. Music soothes the mind because it speaks to both sides of the brain at once. It breaks down the divisions between the two. Artists have been trapped in the art world for so long that their left sides of their brain start to fight with their right sides for control, yet this is only because they have allowed their focus to let go of part of their self. A human should not be fouled into thinking they are just of one-half of their mind. The artists are faced with a problem, yet now that they are so versed in contextual art, they have their mind ready for the cross into using the whole mind again.
Is art about sight? I cannot say that imitations are not art too, by my soul (my whirlwind of a mind and heart) is not calmed by this kind of artwork. My father was once a painter and chess player. My mother was a storyteller whose brother was almost a chess-master. My heart has always been torn between the two, in order to overcomes this fight, and everything that was ever wrong with me (believe me I had had some issues) I was down into my childhood. I just want to run away from the art world.
